TERMS OF SERVICE

By creating an account or using MODLOG ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is provided by Collinghamco Ltd, England and Wales.

You must be at least 13 years old to use MODLOG. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at collinghamcoltd@gmail.com.

You must provide accurate, current information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

MODLOG offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro, Trade). Paid plans are billed via Stripe.

• Pro Plan: £3.99/month — unlimited vehicles, public builds, analytics
• Trade Plan: £19.99/month or £179/year — business profile, events, lead generation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by UK consumer law.

You retain ownership of content you upload (vehicle photos, build descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Collinghamco Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the Service.

You must not upload content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory, or harassing
• Infringing on third-party intellectual property rights
• Misleading, fraudulent, or spam
• Sexually explicit or violent

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules without notice.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Use the platform to distribute malware or conduct phishing
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform without written consent
• Interfere with the platform's performance or availability
• Impersonate another person or entity

MODLOG integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Google (calendar/email), and the DVLA API. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Affiliate links within the platform may generate commission for Collinghamco Ltd. These are clearly identified where applicable.

All platform code, design, branding, and original content is owned by Collinghamco Ltd and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant the accuracy of vehicle data retrieved from the DVLA API.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collinghamco Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
